Thank you for choosing Synthora. We strive to provide high-quality software and services. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
1. Software Subscriptions (POS Podda)
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you experience technical issues with our POS Podda software that our support team cannot resolve within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days in the current billing cycle.
2. Web & Mobile Development Services
Due to the custom nature of our development services, refunds are handled as follows:
- Initial Deposit: The 50% initial deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced (design or coding phase).
- Before Work Begins: If you cancel before any work has started, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your deposit.
- Completed Projects: Once the final project is delivered and approved by you, no refunds can be issued.
3. Hardware Purchases
Hardware items (printers, scanners, heavy-duty terminals) purchased through Synthora are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
Returns: Unopened and unused hardware may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A 10% restocking fee may apply.
Defective Items: Defective hardware will be replaced free of charge if reported within the warranty period.
