We collect information directly when you communicate with us through our contact form, email, or WhatsApp channels. This includes your name, email address, phone number, organization name, and technical project requirements.
2. Confidentiality & Client Intellectual Property
Synthora operates under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). All proprietary business logic, schemas, designs, customer databases, and product ideas shared with us remain your exclusive intellectual property. We never sell, lease, or monetize client data.
3. AI Grounding & Data Isolation
For WhatsApp AI and automation projects, client knowledge bases and customer conversation histories are processed in isolated cloud containers. We do not use your private enterprise data to train public foundational LLM models.
4. Security Measures
We enforce bank-grade security protocols across all infrastructure:
- End-to-end HTTPS/TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.
- AES-256 encryption at rest for all database volumes.
- Strict least-privilege IAM roles and mandatory two-factor authentication for developers.
5. Cookies & Telemetry
Our website utilizes minimal, privacy-respecting local storage and performance telemetry strictly to preserve your visual theme preferences and monitor page speed benchmarks. We do not use intrusive third-party cross-site advertising trackers.
